What you buy

A non-exclusive license for one named user to use the purchased version of the listed tools on up to two computers. Payment is one-time. The license does not include future major releases, custom development, Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, or pyRevit installation services.

What your key permits

You may use the purchased tools in your own and your employer’s projects. Do not share, resell, publish, or sublicense the key or tool files, or remove their license checks. The source is delivered for execution in pyRevit; ownership remains with ByGeorge Consulting LLC. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Compatibility and responsible use

Use only a version listed as verified at purchase. Keep project backups and evaluate model-changing operations on a copy first. The tools are aids to professional work; you remain responsible for checking the resulting model and documents. They are supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every project. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days if a purchased tool cannot perform its described function on a listed, verified setup and support cannot resolve the issue. Include the order receipt, Revit version, pyRevit version, and a description of the issue. Do not send confidential model files unless specifically arranged. Approved refunds revoke download and activation access. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Support and recovery

Installation, activation, and reproducible tool issues are covered by email support. No response-time guarantee is included. To recover a key or move an activation, provide your purchase receipt from the purchasing email address.

Support contact configuration is pending. Live checkout remains closed until a support address is configured.

Data used for licensing

Stripe processes payment details. ByGeorge stores the purchase email, order and payment references, purchased features, an encrypted activation key, and a hashed device identifier. Full payment-card details and Revit model contents are not sent to the license server. Activation checks require internet access. Contact support for access, correction, or deletion requests; some purchase records may need to be retained.
